彩色多普勒能量图检测子宫内膜对鉴别宫内外早早孕的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒能量图(CDPI)检测子宫内膜对鉴别宫内外早早孕的可能性。方法:对92例处于早早孕阶段的子宫内膜行彩色多普勒能量图(CDPI)及其血流检测,并与最终妊娠结果对比观察。结果:宫内早早孕组子宫内膜CDPI呈丰富及较丰富,其血流指数(RI)常<0. 5;宫外早早孕组子宫内膜CDPI呈不丰富,其血流指数(RI)常>0. 5。结论:通过CDPI及其血流RI监测子宫内膜,并结合宫内或附件区的声像图特点,可为宫内外早早孕的鉴别提供有价值的信息。Objective:To explore the probability of differential diagnosis for intra and ectopic very-early pregnancy by CDPI.Methods:In 92 cases of very-early pregnancy ,the uterine endometrium were tested by means of CDPI and CDFI and the results were compared with the result of pregnancy.Results:In the group of intrauterine very-early pregnancy, the endometrium were at the degree of “rich” and “less rich” under CDPI and the RI of the blood flow for uterine endometrim were frequently <0.5; whereas in the group of ectopic very-early pregnancy ,the endometrium were at degree of “not rich” under CDPI and the RI of the blood flow for uterine endometrium were freguantly >0.5.Conclusions:In conjunction with the ultrasonic imaging of the intrauterine and the appendix areas,CDPI and blood flow RI monitoring of uterine endometrium may provide valuable information for the differential diagnosis of intra and ectopic very-early preguancy.
