摘　　要：目的:探讨伽玛刀治疗颅内疾病并发症发生的相关因素、预防及处理措施。方法:总结分析自2 0 0 1年10月～2 0 0 4年10月我中心运用1.5TMRI扫描定位,采用OUR -XGD型旋转式伽玛刀治疗各类颅内疾病4 0 7例并发症的发生情况。结果:伽玛刀治疗后并发症的发生与适应证的选择、病变的大小、部位、治疗剂量等因素有关,本组病例并发症的发生率为5 .8%。结论:合理的选择适应证、积极的预防、正确及时的处理,对于减少并发症的发生有重要意义。Objective:To investigate related fa ctors,preventing and treating complications of gamma Knife radiosurgery for intr a cranial diseases.Methods:407 Cases of intracranial diseases were treated with gamma knife radiosurgery.Their complications were analyzed. Results:The incidence of complications was 5.8%.Complications were re lated to indiction of operation,the size,location of focus and therapeutic dose.Conclusion:Proper operative indication,active prevention and eff ective treatment is the key to less complications.
