脐带血库HLA相合供体查询结果预测

摘　　要：目的预测患者某一具体HLA表型在脐带血库查询到相合脐带血的可能性。方法以脐带血库单体型频率和脐带血库容量为基础计算出某一具体表型的理论值与实际查询结果相比较。结果6个等位基因相合脐带血的理论值最低为0.128,最高为2.808,平均为1.029,5个等位基因相合脐带血的理论值最低为0.004,最高为0.427,平均为0.067,4个等位基因相合脐带血的理论值最低为0.0002,最高为0.045,平均为0.0065。结论查询到与患者6个等位基因相同脐带血的理论值与实际查询结果相比较,准确率能达到80%以上。尤其是划定某一表型是否能找到6个等位基因相合的脐带血时可做出较为准确的判断。但对预测找到5个或4个等位基因相合的脐带血区别能力较差。Objective To predict likelihood of finding HLA-matched cord blood units in cord blood bank. Methods The theoretical value calculated on the basis of haplotype frequencies and actual finding result from cord blood bank were compared. Results The minimum theoretical value for 6 allele matched cord blood was 0.128 and the maximum was 2.808(mean 1.029). The minimum theoretical value for 5 allele matched cord blood was 0.004 and the maximum was 0.427 (mean 0.067). The minimum theoretical value for 4 allele matched cord blood was 0.000 2 and the maximum was 0.045 (mean 0.006 5). Conclusion The theoretical value and actual result in finding of 6 allele in donor matched to the patient were compared,its accuracy is > 80 %. Especially for identify a certain phenotype wheather it can find 6 allele matched cord blood unite or not,the prediction is more accurate. But the identify ability for finding 5 allele matched cord blood unite or 4 allele matched cord blood unite is not as good as expected.
