原发性高血压病备解素因子B的遗传多态性研究

摘　　要：对遗传性高血压病人（Ａ组）ｎ＝１０１，非遗传性高血压病人（Ｂ组）ｎ＝５２及正常健康人（Ｃ组）ｎ＝２３４，运用ＰＡＧＩＥＦ等电聚焦及免疫固定法采用进口两性电解质及抗备解因素因子，血清进行ＨＬＡ－Ⅲ类的Ｂｆ测定，结果发现：Ａ组病人，ＢｆＳＳ０７明显高于Ｂ组及Ｃ组，并检出Ｆａ及Ｆｂ亚型；ＢｆＦ型阳性人群，高血压病的相对危险率（ＲＲ）增高，ＲＲ＝１．８７，Ｐ＜０．０５．Ａ组病人单倍型ＢｆＦ３与ＤＱ７连锁，ＢｆＳＳ０７与Ｂ７５连锁，但Ｂ组则无这种连锁关系，提示，ＢｆＳＳ０７及Ｆａ基因可能与遗传性高血压易感基因有关。roperdin factor B(Bf)of the third part of HLA had been assessed in 101 cases of inheri-tary hypertension(group A),52 cases of non-inheritary hypertension(group B),and 234 casesof normal persons(grtxip C)in this study,The resuIt showed that(1)BfSS07 was significantlyhigher in group A than that of group B and C.(2)The RR of hypertension was higher in peoplewith positive BfF than in those of negative BfF,RR=1.87 P <0.05.(3)Haplotype BfFalinked with DQ7.BfSS07 linked with B75 in group A,the linkages had not been found in groupB,This phenomenun suggested that BfSS07 and Fa gene might be suscepstiable to genene of in-heritable essential hypertension。
