摘 要:将含Ca化合物添加到正极中制成AA型MH-Ni电池,可提高正极活性物质利用率约3%。这种电池高温(60℃)下充电效率高于空白电池,但常温高倍率性能略差。添加Ca(OH)2和CaCO3的电池具有空白电池一样的循环性能,而添加CaF2的电池循环中内阻增加最大。ICP元素分析表明了添加CaF2的电池正极中Ca的迁移量最大,这可能是这类电池循环性能较差的原因。用XRD分析循环充放电后各种电池的正负极活性物质结构,没有发现明显的不同。Nickel electrodes with the addition of calcium-containing compounds were used to fabricate AA type Ni-MH battery, which enhanced the active material utilization of the positive electrode by about 3%. The battery showed higher charge efficiency than the blank battery without calcium addition at 60 ℃, but it showed lower discharge ability at high discharge rate at room temperature. The cycling performance of the battery with Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3 was as good as the blank battery. The internal resistance of the battery with CaF2 increased most significantly during cycling. It was found by ICP elemental analysis that the Ca quantity migrated out from nickel electrode in the battery with CaF2 exceeded those in the other batteries, which is probably the reason for worse cycling performance of the battery with CaF2. As XRD indicated, no apparent difference of the active material of the positive and negative electrode among different batteries was detected.
