体脂含量对维吾尔中老年人群血糖和胰岛素的影响

摘　　要：研究体脂含量及分布对新疆维吾尔中老年人群血糖和胰岛素水平的影响。以新疆喀什市420名45—73岁之间的中老年为研究对象。内容包括身高、体重、腰围、臀围测量以及空腹血糖、胰岛素水平测定,并计算BMI和WHR以及ISI,分析不同BNI和WHR水平人的空腹血糖、胰岛素、ISI的变化情况。结果:随着BMR和WHR水平的增加,空腹血糖、胰岛素呈升高趋势,ISI则呈降低趋势,而且在女性中更加明显。体脂含量及分布与血糖代谢之间存在着密切关系。This paperaims to study the effects of body fat contents and distribution on serum glucose and insulin in the middle-aged and elderly uygur population.And the inethod used is that:total 420 subjects aged 45 to 73 years old form Kashi city of Xinjiang was included in this analysis. Height, weight, waist and hip cirumference were measured by standard methods. Fasting serum glucose was detected on an automatic biochemistry analyzer and insulin were detected by a radioimmunoassay kit.Body mass index BMI.WHR and ISI were calculated.The relationship between BMI.WHR and serum glucose and insulin was analyzed. Results show that, the levels of fasting serum glucose, insulin had an increasing tendency with BMI and WHR increasing while ISI decreased with BMI and WHR increasing significantly. such trends were more obvious in women than in men. It is concluded that fasting serum glucose and insulin levels were nearly related on to body fat.
