摘 要:为龙牙蕉短期内能获得大量种苗,应用离体培养技术进行种苗快繁,获得龙牙蕉(Musaspp.Longyajiao)吸芽离体培养试管植株,在MS+6 BA8mg·L-1+ADS30mg·L-1培养基中,诱导不定芽的分化效果较好,且生长正常.不定芽在1/2MS+6 BA2-3mg·L-1+NAA0 1mg·L-1培养基中诱导生根.在假根移植中,组培苗全部移栽成活.In order to make longyajiao reproducted quickly and fit for factory production, the regeneration and plantlet culturing of Longyajiao(Musa spp. Longyajiao)in vitro were studied in this paper. It showed that the base medium MS supplied with 8 mg·L^(-1) 6-BA (6-Benzyl Aminopurine)and 30 mg·L^(-1) ADS(Adenine Sulfate ) contributed to inducing the adventitious buds, the frequency of which was up to 80%. The base medium MS(1/2 vol.) supplied with 2~3 mg·L^(-1) 6-BA and 0.1 mg·L^(-1) NAA (Naphthalene acetic acid)could induce a large number of roots. The plantlets rooting was all survived in regeneration.
