摘　　要：地图投影变换是地图制图理论的基础,也是GIS的重要组成部分。针对湖北省荒漠化监测地图数据库建库工作的特点,指出了通用GIS软件ARC INFO8在地图投影方面的不足,并提出了基于AML语言的二次开发解决方案。The transformation of map projection is the base for mapping theory and an important component of GIS. According to the characteristics of map database establishment for desertification supervision in Hubei province, it is pointed out that there are unsatisfactory respects of ARC/INFO 8 of common GIS software in the map projection. Then the second scheme for the solution to the problems on account of AML language is explored.
