云县退耕还林工程监理用表及钱粮兑现方法的改进

摘　　要：介绍了2003年在云县退耕还林工程监理中的主要做法,包括抽样方法、工作程序、监理内容。分析了监理工作中存在的监理表格不易使用及钱粮兑现表无参考模式的问题,通过实践,设计了"现场监理及验收表"。提出了今后退耕还林工程监理的建议。The major practices in the engineering supervision for forest rehabilitation from slope agriculture in Yunxian county in 2003, including sampling methods, work procedures, supervisory contents, were introduced. The problems in the supervisory practice such as the inaccessible tables and the tables of payment for money & food without model for reference were analyzed. Based on the designs of on-the-spot supervision and acceptance tables, the advice on the future project supervision of forest rehabilitation from slope agriculture were presented.
