淫羊藿提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：以异丙肾上腺素所致的急性心肌缺血大鼠为动物模型,考察了淫羊藿提取物对血流动力学指标,如J点偏移、心率、左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)的影响。结果表明,与生理盐水组相比,提取物高剂量组可明显改善大鼠的异常心电图(J点偏移、LVSP和LVEDP),减慢心率;低剂量组仅可减慢心率,对其他3种指标基本无影响。The effects of the Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. extract on the hemodynamics indexes such as changes of point J, heart rate, left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP)and left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP)were investigated using the acute myocardial ischemia rats as the animal model caused by isoproterenol. The results showed that compared with the saline group, the high dosage extract group (300mg/kg) could significantly improve the abnormal electro- cardiogram (point J, LVSP and LVEDP), decrease heart rate; while the low dosage group (150mg/kg) could only decrease heart rate and had no significant influences on the other three indexes.
