摘　　要：以肌苷产生菌枯草杆菌GMI 741为出发菌株,通过多因子诱变选育出具有黄嘌呤、鸟嘌呤双重营养缺陷型、丧失腺嘌呤脱氨酶的腺苷产生菌Xn151,摇瓶发酵96h产腺苷达16. 3g·L-1。The induction of adenosine-producing strain from an inosine-producing strain Bacillus substilis GMI-741 was attempted, and it was found out that a double auxotrophic mutant (xanthine and guanine-requiring) Bacillus substilis Xn151 lacking of adenase produced a large amount of adenosine. On a reciprocal shaker for 96 h, the accumulation of adenosine by Xn151 in the broth culture was more than 16.3 g·L^(-1).
