摘　　要：企业资源基础理论是2 0世纪80年代以来具有广泛而深远影响的学术流派。企业资源基础理论的出现为战略管理开拓了新的研究方向和领域。本文拟对资源基础理论的核心观点、演进历史及研究价值有关研究的追溯,透析该理论对战略管理自身发展的学科价值。Enterprise Resource-Based Theory is an intensive and far-reaching influenced school of thought since 1980s'. The appearance of enterprise RBT has exploited new research direction and field for strategic management. This paper tries to find the discipline value this theory brings to the development of strategic management principle, tracing back to the original research of core viewpoint, development history and research value of it.
