摘　　要：采用多通道数据采集技术和数据库检索技术,及计算机强大的数据处理功能,设计了表面质量的多功能自动检测和智能化数据库查询系统。该系统能对零件的各种表面加工质量进行测量,也可快速查询某种加工方法所能达到的表面加工质量,以及根据要求的表面加工质量检索可采用的加工方法。The multifunctional auto-inspection instrument of superficial process quality and intellectualized database retrieval system were designed by adopting the multicenter data collection system,the database retrieval technique and the powerful data processing function of computer.The system can detect automatically the superficial process quality of the parts,can inquire the superficial process quality speedly that some process means can attain,and can inquire the process means speedly on the basis of the required superficial process quality.
