摘  要:在端面摩擦磨损试验机上对锡青铜、铝青铜、铝黄铜镶嵌轴承试样进行了常温下干摩擦对比实验,探讨了不同铜合金基体对镶嵌轴承摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,锡青铜镶嵌轴承在各种实验条件下均表现出了优良的摩擦磨损性能,适合于用作轴承材料。铝黄铜和铝青铜镶嵌轴承的摩擦磨损性能较差,尤其是在载荷较大时性能更差。The friction and wear behavior of different copper alloys embedded bearings such as Sn-bronze, Al-bronze and Al-brass was tested under the end friction testing machine, and the influence of different materials on copper alloys embedded bearing's friction and wear behavior was studied. It manifests that Sn-bronze embedded bearing shows well friction and wear behaviors under all kinds of experiments, it is a good material to make bearings. Al-brass and Al-bronze embedded bearing's friction and wear behaviors are bad, especially in the heavy loading conditions.
