摘  要:介绍了在保持原普通轴封搅拌器基本结构和使用条件的前提下,通过应用磁传动技术开发的具有运行状态监测的磁传动器,完成了对普通轴封搅拌器的轴封由动密封变为静密封的改造,实现了绝对不漏。给出了磁传动器传递力矩的计算公式,介绍了磁传动搅拌器的改造过程,并提出了在使用磁传动搅拌器时应注意的问题。新型磁传动器是侧伸式磁传动搅拌器的关键部件,它可非接触地完成驱动力矩的传递,实现密封,同时还可完成对内转子运行状态的监测。Leakage was completely resolved through modificating the structure of the original mechanical seal into static seal by magnetic driver with operation status monitoring system while maintaining the basic structure and operation condition of the agitator.Magnetic driver torque calculation equation was presented and the above mentioned modification was introduced.Some cautions to utilize magnetic drive agitator were proposed.The mentioned new type magnetic driver is the key component of the side cantalever magnetic drive agitator.It can transfer torque and realize seal without direct contact and at the same time monitor the agitator vane operation status.
