摘　　要：为综合利用DCS和MIS的软硬件资源,提出采用DCS侧组态与MIS侧编程相结合的方法,解决锅炉汽包的寿命在线监测和管理问题,并以此开发了一套汽包寿命在线监测和管理系统。该系统已应用于某公司320 MW燃煤机组,对提高机组运行的安全性和可靠性起到了重要的指导作用。In order to comprehensively utilize the software and hardware resources of distributed control system (DCS) and management information system (MIS), a combined method of using DCS side configuration and MIS side programming has been put forward for solving the problem of on-line monitoring and management of the service life for boiler components, and a set of on-line monitoring and management system for service life of boiler drums being developed. The said system has been already used for 320 MW coal-fired unit in one power-generation company, playing an important guiding role for enhancing safety and reliability of unit operation.
