掺入增韧材料的膨胀珍珠岩墙材抗冲击性能试验研究

摘  要:膨胀珍珠岩墙体材料具有质轻、保温、隔热、无毒、易施工等特点,但由于其抗冲击性能较差,推广应用受到了严重限制。提出掺入土工织物、玻纤等增韧材料以改善其抗冲击性能的试验方案,并通过制作4类圆柱(盘)试件,进行静载试验和H opkinson压杆冲击性能试验以比较几种方案的可行性和对抗冲击性能的改善程度。试验结果表明,掺入增韧材料的膨胀珍珠岩墙材抗冲击性能有明显改善,为在工程上全面应用提供了新途径。Expanded perlite wall material is characterized by light weight,heat preservation,thermal insulation, non-toxicity and easy construction.But its poor shock resistance severely limits its popularization and application.Testing programs of admixing toughening material such as geotextile and glass fibre have been made to improve shock resistance.Static test and Hopkinson compression bar shock resistance test have also been made by fabricating 4 kinds of cylindrical (discal) test pieces to compare feasibility and improvement of shock resistance among several programs.The result of experiments shows that shock resistance of expanded perlite wall material added toughening material improved greatly that provides a new way for its comprehensive application to engineering.
