摘　　要：冠心病表现为不同的临床类型,共同的病理生理机制为心肌缺血,针刺抗心肌缺血涉及心脏的结构与功能及神经内分泌变化,就针刺抗心肌缺血的机制研究加以综述。Coronary heart diseases(CHD)display various clinical syndrome and congenerous mechanism of pathophysiology is myocardial ischemia.Acupuncture on myocardial ischemia include the changes of heart structure and function and neuroendocrine.The article overviews the current information of experimental and clinical research on mechanism of acupuncture on myocardial ischemia.
