摘 要:应用双抗体夹心法和PEG沉淀-ELISA双抗体夹心法分别检测了EHF病人血清中IgE和IgE-CIC产生的动态水平。检测结果发现IgE水平于发病3~5天达高峰IgE-CIC于发病6~10天达高峰,此时机体RBC排除CIC及补体溶解IC活性(CRA)功能低下,随着排除CC功能的恢复,CIC减少。如往病人血清中加入含补体血清时,CIC被溶解,CIC水平下降,提示给病人输注大量新鲜含补体血浆可达治疗的目的。he serum IgE and immune complex of IgE in the EHF patients were determinted withELISA(double antibody method)and the deposited immune complex of IgE in the cadaviric kid-ney was examined with immunoenzymatic-histochemical method. The highest level of IgE andimmune complex of IgE were found on the day 3 to 5 and 6 to 10 in the disease courses respec-tively. when RBC immune function declined and it was unable to climinate immune complex andunder the condition of lower CRA. The immune complex precipitated in kidney and led to thedamage of it. Our experiment results also showed that the CIC in sera of EHF patients decreasedmarkedly after adding fresh plasma to the sera of patient.It is suggested that fresh plasma canbe valuable to treat EHF patients by means of enhancing CRA function.
