摘  要:阐述中日社会体育指导员培训制度的沿革与背景,从培训教材内容、两国教材整体结构、教材内容的系统性、针对性、实用性方面进行比较分析。从教材整体结构看:日本教材注重专业基础理论知识,具有较强的科学性、系统性;我国教材偏重于相关理论的知识,专业基础理论知识偏少且空洞,缺乏系统性。从教材的内容看:日本教材图文并茂,具有较强的可读性、实用性和指导性;我国则欠缺。建议我国在教材建设上增加体力测定与评价的方法,运动障碍与预防、救急措施等内容。It set forth the Chinese and Japanese evolution and background of the system of training social sports instructors, and made a comparative analysis of them from the contents of training teaching materials, the whole structure of the two countries' teaching materials, the systematicness, aimedness and practicability of the teaching material contents. Viewing from the whole structure of the teaching materials, the Japanese ones lay stress on the basic theoretical knowledge and have stronger scienticaness and systematicaness, while the Chineses ones unduly emphasize the relevant theoretical knowledge, the specialized basic theoretical knowledge is slightly little and empty, and they are lack of systematicaness. Moreover, considering from the teaching material contents, the former are that the picture and its accompanying essay are both excellent, and have stronger readability, practicaness and guiding character, while the latter are short of these advantages. It suggests that in the construction of the teaching materials, China should add the methods of measuring and evaluating physical fitness, and such contents as exercise obstacle and prevention, emergency measures and so on.
