摘 要:通过移植并改进ELISA技术,用来检测中性粒细胞呼吸爆发时释放的H_2O_2量,发现EHFV触发中性粒细胞呼吸爆发能力明显强于正常组及ConA刺激组(P<0.01),抗EHFV抗体可明显减弱其活病毒刺激中性粒细胞释放H_2O_2的能力(P<0.05)。经改进的该方法检测H_2O_2量灵敏度高,快速简便。e found that neutrophil granulocytes could release more amount of H_2O_2 being stimulatedby EHFV than by Concanavarin A, It had been proved that H_2O_2 could injure the endothelia andexacerbate the permeability of blood vessel,the antibody against EHFV couldn′t enchance theEHFV exciting neutrophil granulocytes through FcR receptor,conversely,reduce its effect onneutrophll granulocyres,therefore, relieving the respiratory burst might be another function ofantibody. We improved the ELISA to quantify the amount of H_2O_2 which was sensitive,rapidlyand simple.
