摘　　要：通过移植并改进ＥＬＩＳＡ技术，用来检测中性粒细胞呼吸爆发时释放的Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２量，发现ＥＨＦＶ触发中性粒细胞呼吸爆发能力明显强于正常组及ＣｏｎＡ刺激组（Ｐ＜０．０１），抗ＥＨＦＶ抗体可明显减弱其活病毒刺激中性粒细胞释放Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２的能力（Ｐ＜０．０５）。经改进的该方法检测Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２量灵敏度高，快速简便。e found that neutrophil granulocytes could release more amount of H_2O_2 being stimulatedby EHFV than by Concanavarin A, It had been proved that H_2O_2 could injure the endothelia andexacerbate the permeability of blood vessel,the antibody against EHFV couldn′t enchance theEHFV exciting neutrophil granulocytes through FcR receptor,conversely,reduce its effect onneutrophll granulocyres,therefore, relieving the respiratory burst might be another function ofantibody. We improved the ELISA to quantify the amount of H_2O_2 which was sensitive,rapidlyand simple.
