摘  要:实验以放射免疫测定法分别观在了5天、15天及1、2、3、4、6,12个月不同年龄组大鼠胸腺及脾脏P物质(SP)含量的变化,同时观察了成年大鼠皮下注射(s.c)辣椒素(Cap)及新生大巴s.c.SP抗血清对大鼠胸腺和脾腺SP含量的影响。结果表明:胸腺及脾脏这两大重要免疫器官中均有SP存在;胸腺中SP含量与胸腺的重量呈显著的负相关,脾脏中也有类似的现象,但不如胸腺显著。此外不管是胸腺还是脾脏其中的SP外均不能为Cap耗竭,可能不是来源于无髓的感觉神经末梢;幼年期改变动物的SP水平可以影响成年后胸腺的重量,即SP可能与胸腺发育及退化有关;SP对脾脏的发育可能影响不大。he variation of substance P(SP)content in rat thymus and spleen with different ages(5,15 days,1,2,3,4,6 and 12 months)was investigated by radioimmunoassay.Meanwhile,the ef-fects of subcutaneous injection(s.c. )of capsaicin(Cap)and SP antiserum on SP contents in ratthymus and spleen were also studied. The results show that after birth thymic weight increasedgradually until 2 months of age,then diminished progressively. SP content in thymus decreasedgradually from birth to 2 months of age,then followed by a progressive increase and was nega-tively interrelated with thymic weight.There was similar behavior in spleen. SP in the two or-gans can not be depleted by Cap and suggest that it might not originate from the Sp-containingprimary sensory fibers.Changing the SP level of thymic as neonates may affect the thymicweight in adult.And SP might relate to the development and involution of thymus.
