摘　　要：运用调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,分析了我国大众游泳救生员在救生系统中的地位和功能,从文化程度、年龄结构、工作年限、来源分布、性别结构等方面对我国大众游泳救生员现状进行调查与分析。By the methods of investigations and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the status and function of lifeguard of mass swimming in lifesaving system, investigates the actuality of lifeguard of mass swimming on the basis of educational level, age makeup, job years, origin distributing and sex makeup. The aim of this paper is to provide reference data for China's lifesaving work and lifeguards training.
