三峡库区学校体育所面临的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：采用调查访问法、文献资料法、数理统计法等,对三峡库区学校文化、体育教育进行全方位调查研究。主要结果显示:1)整体教育水平和层次较低;2 )学校布局不合理;3)经费不足,文化、体育教育设施较差;4 )文化、体育师资队伍不足,学历偏低,职称结构不合理;5 )教育基础薄弱、不稳,教师外流现象较为严重。研究目的:旨在为有关职能部门了解、制定完善库区移民学校文化、体育教育的对策提供理论依据,以推动库区移民学校文化。Overall research has been done on the P.E. in the Three Gorges Dam Area through inquiring, documental, and statistic ways. Conclusion has been drawn as following: 1)The whole P.E. level is low. 2)School locations are not ideal. 3) Education expense is not adequate,and education facilities is poor. 4)There are no enough teachers for culture education and P.E. Teachers' education degree and their teaching rank are not good enough. 5)Elemetary education foundation is quit poor. Both teachers and students run off seriously. The purpose for this research is to provide evidence for the long term development of culture and P.E. in the Three Gorges Dam Area administrative reference.
