摘　　要：根据建筑物的实际情况,桩基设计既受到周边环境的制约,又受到经济条件的限制.针对 这一情况,设计中尝试采用锚杆静压桩,可以达到节约投资,缩短工期的效果,对提高工程综合效 益有较大意义.According to the fact of buildings, the design of pile foundation is restricted not only by environment but also by economy condition. Based on this complexion, and in order to save investment and shorten the time of projects, anchorage static compression pile is used in the structure design, which is significant to improve the efficiency of projects comprehensively.
