摘 要:按照磨粒种类细分某条冲压线油液监测的分析铁谱结果,根据磨粒的尺寸和数量2个指标对每次监测的结果进行量化,得到其相应的序列.然后引入灰靶理论,在得到的序列中构造标准模式,通过靶心度计算进行设备磨损模式的分级,最后得到设备在给定模式的运行状态判定结果和设备中存在的按照从重到轻的磨损模式顺序,和专家分析结果完全一致.本文的方法有助于铁谱分析和磨损模式识别的进一步研究.Results from analytical ferrograph of oil samples, obtained from one Press Line,were quantified according to sizes and quantities of wear particles after they had been subdivided, and corresponding series were gained. And then grey target theory was introduced and the bull's-eye was decided. By calculating, wear patterns were graded, and the result of running condition decision of Press Line at a given mode was proposed. The order of existing wear patterns was also gained from severity to lightness. The results are the same to those from experts. The method is helpful to further research on ferrography and wear pattern recognition.
