KV-3可延时固化的网络覆膜砂研究

摘　　要：疏松砂岩油藏开发到中后期,射开的油层越来越多,由于油层出砂而造成的亏空越大,防砂的难度就越大。针对这一问题,开发了适合于多层防砂的KV-3型可以延时固化的网络树脂覆膜砂,介绍了KV-3型网络覆膜砂的延时固化原理及其各种相关性能的评价。通过研究认为,开发的KV-3型网络覆膜砂可以人为控制固化,同时具有较高的强度和较高的渗透率,因此可以用一次防砂管柱实现多层防砂施工的目的。In the mid-later period of sand rock reservoir developing,the opened reservoir becomes more and more,loss caused by sand production becomes more and more serious.Acording to this problem,we developed KV net resin covered sand for multi-layers sand control.This paper introduced the selection of net agent,the definition of net agent length and added quantity,improving of net cover sand strong etc.Through research,the net covered sand has the following features:high permeability,preventing covered sand spit under certain pressure and displacement and realized multi-layers sand control in one time sand control pipe.
