摘  要:探讨了Na2SiO3、KH-570、OP-10、SDS、PEG-600、自制聚丙烯酸酯、pH值以及超声时间等因素对纳米氧化锌的分散稳定性影响,并复配制得抗紫外整理剂;通过对整理剂的稳定性、粒径分布以及整理后织物抗紫外效果、耐久性和硬挺度等性能的测定表明:pH值、Na2SiO3和聚丙烯酸酯等对纳米氧化锌的分散影响显著,制备的整理剂粒径分布均匀,平均粒径为111.4nm,经整理后的纯棉织物UPF等级达到50+,且耐久性良好,手感柔软.The influences of the factors such as Na2SiO3, KH-570, OP-10, SDS, PEG-600, polyacrylic acid ester made by the authors, pH values and ultrasonic treatment time on dispersion stability of the nm ZnO were studied, and a uv-proofing agent was composed therefrom. The nm ZnO finish stability, particle size distribution, as well as uv-proofing results, durability and stiffness of the finished fabrics were tested. It was shown that the dispersion stability of nm ZnO was markedly affected by pH value, Na2SiO3 and polyacrylic acid ester etc. The prepd. finish had even particle size distribution with av. granule diameter of 111.4 nm. The finished cotton fabrics had UPF rate of 50+, good durability and soft hand-feel.
