复方替米沙坦胶囊中替米沙坦和氢氯噻嗪的HPLC测定

摘　　要：建立了HPLC法同时测定复方替米沙坦胶囊中替米沙坦和氢氯噻嗪的含量。采用Hypersil-BDS C18色谱柱,以氢氧化四丁铵磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 2.26)-乙腈(78∶22)为流动相,检测波长230nm,柱温30℃。替米沙坦在5～200mg/ml(r=0.9999)、氢氯噻嗪在1.6～64mg/ml(r=0.9998)浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率分别为98.8%～99.8%和99.6%～99.9%。检测限分别为2.5和3.9ng。A HPLC method for determination of telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide in compound telmisartancapsules was established. A Hypersil-BDS C18 column was used with the mobile phase of tetrabutylammonium hydroxidephosphate buffer solution (pH 2.26)-acetonitrile (78∶22) at the detection wavelength of 230nm and the columntemperature of 30℃. The calibration curves of telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide were linear in the concentration rangesof 5 - 200mg/ml(r=0.9999) and 1.6 - 64mg/ml(r=0.9998), respectively. The recoveries were 98.8% - 99.8%, and99.6% - 99.9%, respectively. The detection limits were 2.5 and 3.9ng, respectively.
