安宫牛黄胶囊中的黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的HPLC测定

摘　　要：建立了RP-HPLC法测定安宫牛黄胶囊中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量。采用Jasco C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(35∶61∶4∶0.2 ),检测波长283nm。黄芩苷在0.08～3.2mg、盐酸小檗碱在0.08～0.8mg范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999)。The RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Angong Niuhuangcapsules was established. A Jasco C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol- water-acetic acid-triethylamine(35∶61∶4∶0.2) at the detection wavelength of 283nm. The calibration curves of baicalin and berberine hydrochlo-ride were linear in the ranges of 0.08 - 3.2 mg and 0.08 - 0.8mg, respectively.
