摘　　要：科学技术的迅速发展和信息技术的普及应用,消费需求个性化趋势的加强;竞争机制的建立,使得我国工商企业特别是中外合资企业,为了提高竞争力不断提出了新的物流需求。本文立足这一实际,对现代物流的发展提出一些新的看法,以期提供可行性的借鉴。With the development of science and technology, strengthening consumptive demand, foundation of competitive mechanism, the industry and commerce especially joint venture corporation brings forward new demands of modern flow of materials. The article bases on thesis facts, puts forward some advices in order to promote the modern flow of materials.
