充血性心力衰竭患者C-反应蛋白水平与心功能的关系

摘　　要：目的:观察充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者CRP水平及与心功能的关系。方法:运用免疫比浊法测定充血性心力衰竭患者血清CRP水平,超声心动图检查左心室射血分数(LVEF)及心功能;采用NYHA心功能分级法,并进行组间均数t检验及相关性分析。结果:C -反应蛋白水平随心功能不同而变化,心功能(NYHA)为II、III、IV级者,其血清CRP水平依次为(3 .4 7±0 . 5 1)mg/L、(7 .98±0 . 6 7)mg/L、(16 . 83±0 . 4 7)mg/L ,LVEF分别为0 . 5 2±0 . 0 8、0 4 2±0 0 5、0 33±0 0 6 ;对照组CRP水平为(1 0 .9±0 . 33)mg/L ,LVEF为0. 6 9±0 . 0 4 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P <0 .0 1) ,且LVEF值与CRP水平呈负相关(r=- 0 .6 5 3,P <0 . 0 1)。结论:充血性心力衰竭患者血清CRP水平升高,其升高程度与心力衰竭严重程度相平行。Objective:To observe the relationship between level of C-reactive protein and candiac function in congestive heart failureMethods:CRP in serum was tested by Turbidimetry Immunoassay,and echocardiogram was examined to evaluate the cardiac functionAccording to the grade of cardiac function (NYHA), the patients were divided into different groups,the average firgure and the correlative analysis were examined by statistical methodResults:Level of CRP have changed alternative cardiac function, The grade of cardiac function (NYHA) was II?III?IV, respectively,their levels of CRP were (347±051)mg/L,(798±067)mg/L,(1683±047)mg/L,and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were (052±008),(042±005),(033±006);The healthy control group's level of CRP was (109±033)mg/L,LVEF was (069±004)mg/LCompared with the healthy control group, there was significant difference (P<001), and the left ventricular ejection fraction was negatively correlated with serum CRP levels (r=-0653,P<001)Conclusion:The levels serum CRP of the patients with congestive heart-failure increased clearly, the increased degree and the severe degree of heart-failure were of equal rank
