河南省活动性肺结核病人社会经济状况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解河南省活动性肺结核病人的社会经济现状,为制定和调整结核病控制政策和策略提供科学依据。方法:对2 0 0 0年河南省结核病流行病学抽样调查中发现的343例肺结核患者进行社会经济状况问卷调查。结果:接受过结核病防治知识宣传教育者仅为2 6 . 5 %;72 . 3%的患者家庭人均年收入低于当地人均年收入;由结核病专业防治机构确诊、登记并治疗的病人仅占1 4 . 8%;规则治疗率2 1 . 6 %;病人中有医疗保障者仅为8 1 %;调查前已确诊的病人仅占2 5 . 7%。结论:应扩大结核病健康教育覆盖面,加强结核病归口管理,对肺结核病人实行免费检查与治疗,推行现代结核病控制策略,增加结核病控制经费投入。Objective:To reveal the socioeconomic status of tuberculosis and provide the data for improving tuberculosis control policeMethod:343 cases tuberculosis were researched with social economic questionnaire in epidemic survey by random samplingResults:Health education on tuberculosis control had not been popularized 265% of cases had gotten tuberculosis prevention and control knowledgeThe annual incme in 723% of tuberculosis family was lower than local average 148% of tuberculosis were registered in chemotherapyOnly 216% of them were in chemotherapy regularly.81% of them possessed any kinds of medical insurance The cases finding rate was 257%Conclusion:The health education on tuberculosis would be popularized spreaded to the communityFree examine and treatment service must be provided to all tuberculosis by governmentThe whole course chemotherapy supervised by family doctor must be carried out
