摘 要:目的探讨分区管理和警示标志在门诊输液室防范护理投诉和纠纷中的作用。方法以100例接受分区管理和警示标志的门诊输液患者为观察组,以100例同期未接受分区管理和警示标志的门诊输液患者为对照组,观察两组间的药物不良反应率、投诉纠纷率及病人满意度。结果(1)观察组的药物不良反应发生率、投诉纠纷率均低于对照组,分别为(3%VS16%,P<0.005)和(2%VS19%,P<0.005);(2)观察组的病人满意率显著高于对照组(99%VS89%,P<0.005)。结论分区管理和警示标志有利于降低药物不良反应发生率,预防护理差错,减少投诉纠纷,提高病人满意度,是门诊输液实施风险管理的有效方法。Objective To discuss the effect of subarea administration and cautionary symbol for the prevention of complaints and dissensions in the transfusion department of out-patient. Method 100 transfusion out-patients accept subarea administration and cautionary symbol as observing group, 100 transfusion out-patients didn't accept it in the same period as controls adverse drug reaction ratio, complaint ratio and patients' contentment degree in two groups were observed. Result Adverse drug reaction ratio and complaint ratio of the observing group is remarkably lower than controls (P<0. 05). Patients' contentment ratio of observing group is significantly higher than controls (P<0. 05). Conclusion Subarea administration and cautionary symbol is helpful in decreasing adverse drug reaction ratio, preventing nursing error, reducing complaints and dissensions, enhancing patient's contentment degree. Ifs an effective approach of risk administration in the transfusion department of out-patient.
