摘　　要：目的探讨健康行为训练对原发性高血压药物治疗依从性的影响。方法将2003年8月-2004年7月在我院心内科住院确诊高血压病的患者80例进行随机分组。两组病人均给予相同的健康教育,但仅对实验组施予健康行为训练。在病人出院后进行回访。结果通过对病人的自我报告服药程度,病人的主动回访率,院外的自测血压行为比较,实验组病人明显高于对照组。结论通过应用健康行为训练作为干预手段,可提高原发性高血压药物治疗依从性。To discuss the influence of health behavior training for compliance of patients' anti- hypertensive therapy for patients with essential hypertension. Method 80 patients with essential hypertension were ran domlyselected and divided into experimental group and controls group, both groups were given the same health education. The test group is also given the health behavior training. Both groups are revisited after discharging from initiative revisit rate and self-measured blood pressure, the patients in test group are better than those of controls group. Conclusion Through the health behavior training, we can improve compliance of patients' anti-hypertensive therapy.
