活血止痛汤预防兔椎板切除术后瘢痕与粘连的实验研究

摘　　要：观察活血止痛汤对成年兔腰段椎板切除术后瘢痕粘连的预防作用。手术切除54只成年兔的L3、5椎板,随机均分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、实验组。分别于术后1、2、4周处死兔子,分别行大体标本观察,组织病理HE染色,计算机图像分析。结果显示大体标本观察,不同处理组粘连分级经用多个独立样本秩和检验P<0.05,各组间差异有统计学意义。硬膜外疤痕面积测量结果经统计表明,实验组、阳性对照组与空白对照组比较,P<0.01,有显著性差异,阳性对照组与实验组比较,P>0.01。表明活血止痛汤对成年兔腰段椎板切除术后瘢痕粘连有预防作用。The objective of the paper is to observe the preventive effect of “HUOXUE ZHITONG TANG” (HZT, a TCD decoction for activating blood circulation and stopping pains) on the scars and adhesion in adult rabbit after lumbar laminectomy. After laminectomy of L_3 and L_5, 54 adult rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: the blank control, the positive control and the experimental; the rabbits were killed one, two and four weeks after operation, the gross specimens observations, histopathological HE stainings and computer images analysis were made, respectively. The results showed: ①significant statistical differences among the three groups in the adhesion grades (P < 0.05) (Rank test: P = 0.035) through the gross specimens observations; ② a significant difference of the positive control and the experimental from the blank control in the epidural scar areas (P < 0.01); but ③ no significant difference of the experimental from the positive control (P > 0.01), suggesting that HZT functions to prevent the adhesion and scar in adult rabbits after lumbar laminectomy.
