摘　　要：在学习型战略联盟内部如何处理竞争与合作的关系是一个直接影响联盟成败的两难选择。而对学习型战略联盟内部知识资源开放水平进行博弈模型分析,大致可得到均衡状态下两个联盟企业理想的开放水平值。同时,在引入开放水平因素后,扩展了传统的战略联盟结构模式,并以此指导我国企业同外商组建学习型战略联盟。How to deal with the relation between competition and cooperation in the learning strategy alliance is a dilemma. In this paper, we use the mathematic model to analyze the transparency level of the knowledge resources in the learning strategic alliance. Then,we can derive the ideal transparency level between two alliances enterprises when they are in balance. Furthermore, after introducing the transparency level, we expand the structures hoping to direct our Chinese enterprises to establish learning strategic alliances with foreign enterprises.
