摘　　要：针对方坯240 mm×240 mm断面生产过程中产生的铸坯内部缺陷的机理和原因进行分析、研究,并提出了相应的解决措施,通过生产实践取得了一定的效果,改善了铸坯内部质量,满足了后序轧制工艺的要求,保证了轧材的质量和成材率。The mechanism and causes of the internal defect of 240 * 240 blooms are analyzed and some corresponding measures are put forward and as a result, some effects are got in production improving a lot on both the internal quality of blooms and the yield of product.
