黔糖4号甘蔗蔗茎快繁原种新技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：以黔糖4号作供试材料,通过四步法选种、种苗处理、深沟种植、一次性施肥、全程盖膜免耕、适时采种扩繁(即采即繁)与强化宿根繁殖并重等一系列组装技术配合实施,经2年为一个繁殖周期的试验研究,摸索了一套加速黔糖4号原种繁殖的新技术即两年三采加速原种繁殖法,一个繁殖周期的原种繁殖量可增加419倍,较对照(CK)的51. 1t,净增加367. 41t,增幅达719%,繁殖系数达419,繁殖速度较对照(CK)增加8倍以上,是一项良种加速繁殖、投资少、见效快、操作简便、实施容易的新技术,是甘蔗蔗茎大田繁殖种苗速度较快的新方法,比较适合贵州蔗区应用推广。Sugarcane Qiantang4 was selected in this experiment, Applying following techniques: four-steps seed selection, germchit treating, deep groove planting, one-off fertilization, coverage in whole year and zero tillage, collecting and propagating in time, strengthening root propagating, and a systematic measures, we collect seed three times in two years, propagating rate increases 419 times, total production is from 51.1 t to 367.41 t, increases 719%. Propagation rate is 8 times than CK. It is proved that those techniques are better ways to accelerating propagation, and an they are easily methods to extending in Guizhou province.
