中印卫生经济发展格局的比较

摘　　要：中、印两国同属第三世界国家,在经济、文化、人口以及自然条件有相似之处,在卫生事业发展和居民健康状况方面各具特色。文章分析了两国卫生筹资、卫生资源配置、医疗机构产权形式和医疗保障制度的异同,揭示出两国卫生发展及卫生经济政策特点,提出借鉴印度卫生经济格局促进我国卫生事业的发展的建议。China and India both belong to the third world, which there are many similarities in economy, culture, population and natural conditions. The two countries have their own characteristics for the development of health service and health status of residents. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of health financing, distribution of health resources, ownership of health institutions and medical insurance of the two countries, reveals the characteristics of development of health service and health economic policies, and puts forward some suggestions of using the health economic situation of India to advance the development of Chinese health service.
