新因素对中国区域发展推动的地区差异性分析

摘　　要：近年来,推动中国区域发展的因素发生了很大变化,一些新因素的推动作用越来越显著。由于各方面条件的差异,不同地区新因素的推动力是不同的,通过对欠发达地区与发达地区在新因素推动力方面进行比较,表明在发达地区,新因素对区域发展的推动力远大于欠发达地区,并就欠发达地区如何在现有基础上,制定适合自身的区域发展战略,使新因素对区域发展起到更大的推动作用提出了如下几点建议:加强科技、信息与全球化的发展;加快体制创新;加强基础设施建设;做好人才资源建设;改善区域生态环境。In recent years, great changes have taken place to the driving factors of regional development and some new factors have been playing more and more remarkable roles. However, due to the differences of the conditions, different areas have different new driving forces. Based on the present conditions in subdeveloped areas, the article, by outlining the differences of driving forces between subdeveloped areas and developed areas, puts forward suggestions of making proper regional strategy of subdeveloped so as the new factors perform greater functions.
