乡村旅游区选址问题研究———以昆明市为例

摘　　要：和一般旅游区一样,乡村旅游区具有满足旅游者不同需求的功能要素,由多个乡村旅游园区组成。在对昆明市周边乡村旅游区调查的基础上,对乡村旅游区的选址问题进行了探讨。与依托城市的时空距离、乡村旅游地的整体经济水平、农村特色和自驾车旅游是乡村旅游发展的4个背景条件。乡村旅游区选址受宏观和微观两个层次因子的影响:依托城市的出游能力、乡村旅游区的交通区位、旅游区位是3个宏观因素,乡村旅游区的聚集与屏蔽、乡村园区的周边环境状况是两个微观因素。最后从政策因素和旅游者品位变化的角度提出了影响乡村旅游区选址问题的两点补充意见。The same as other tourism areas, rural tourism area was consisted of types of rural gardens, which could satisfy different needs of tourists. Based on investigation in villeges around Kunming City, the authors argued the problem of selecting location of rurual tourism area.There were four elements comprised in the background of selecting location of rural tourism area, such as distance between destination and habitation, economic level of local place, the paticular characateristic of rural area and developing current of driving-by-yourself tourism. The problem of selecting location of rural tourism area were influrenced by factors which included into the micro level and macro level.The capability of going on a tour , transpotation location and tourism locaton were three limitive elements in the macro way. Style of rural tourism area which getting togather or screening by each other, the environment of rural gardens were two limitive elements in the micro way. In the end , they gave another ideas on selecting location of rural tourism area in two points: one was the attitude about developing rural tourism carried out by the local government, the other was the change of rural tourists' taste.
