关于“自光沐浴”

摘　　要：　"自光"也称之为"智光",因为心眼里冒出的纯净无染的光芒最能与人的本性相通。直接反映事物的本质,故亦称为"直觉",所以"自光"、"智慧"之光也是可行可能的。现在从"自光"到"智光"人们的认识还有一段距离,人们只有不断地破除自我的思维习惯才能放开眼界,简单地接受,用单纯的心态来打开智慧之光并沐浴其中,那才是"智光沐浴"。The Inside Light means the light of wisdom, pure and shining. Since this kind of light can easily be connected with man's nature to reflect the nature of the surroundings, it is also called 'intuition'. It is possible to practice the light from inside. We can enlarge the inside vision to see it and enjoy ourselves in the pure light only if we accept it with a simple mind and remove all the old ways of thinking, this is what we do in bathing in Inside Light. The purpose of bath in inside Light is to reach a state of entire relaxation of both the spirit and the physical body and at the same time recover our strength through being lightened by the light from one's inside, the nature. This is just what the term in Chinese medicine, 'mind dominating spirit' means.
