多功能复合磷脂加脂剂的制备及应用

摘　　要：本文报道了以大豆磷脂为基质的多功能复合加脂剂的制备及应用。这种加脂剂含有卵磷脂、硫酸化蓖麻油、矿物油和改性矿物油、合成油及高碳醇等,具有良好的乳化、渗透和加脂性能,能够部分地和皮革胶原纤维结合,加脂后皮革柔软、丰满,手感滋润,并有一定防水性。This paper, reports the preparation and application of the multi - functional complex fatliquor based on the soybean lecithin. This fatliquor consists in the lecithin, sulphated castor oil .mineral and modified mineral oil, synthetic oil and high -carbon alcohol and so forth. It has the excellent properties of penetrating, emulsifying and fatliquoring, can combine with the fiber of leather collagan. So the fatliquored leather are flexible and plump, have the lubricated hand - feeling and improved waterproofing.
