摘 要:目的研究毛獐芽菜(Swertia pubescens Franch)的化学成分。方法毛獐芽菜干燥全草乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部分和正丁醇部分进行柱色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果首次从毛獐芽菜干燥全草中分离得到6种已知成分,分别为bellidifodin(Ⅰ),norswertianolin(Ⅱ),swertianolin(Ⅲ),芒果苷(Ⅳ),1,3,5,8-tetrahydroxyxanthone(Ⅴ),isoswer- tianolin(Ⅵ)。结论以上化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Swertia pubescens Franch.METHODS The constituents of the EtOAc-soluble and ButOH-soluble portions of the EtOH extract from the whole plant of S. pubescens were isolated and purified by column chromatog-raphy. These compounds were identified by their physical and spectral data. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as bellidi-fodin (Ⅰ), norswertianolin (Ⅱ), swertianolin(Ⅲ) , mangiferin(Ⅳ), 1,3,5,8-tetrahydroxyxanthone(Ⅴ) , isoswertianolin(Ⅵ), respectively. CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
