摘  要:随着硬质合金刀具的广泛应用,硬质合金插齿刀的研究越来越受到齿轮制造业的重视。从提高新构形硬质合金插齿刀异形凸曲前刀面铲磨精度的角度出发,根据微分几何的包络理论及新构形硬质合金插齿刀设计模型,推导出铲磨新构形插齿刀异形凸曲前刀面的数学模型。Along with the extensive application of carbide cutters, the study of carbide gear shaper cutters has been subjected to more and more attention in gear manufacturing industry. Proceed from the angle of enhancing the backing-off grinding accuracy of the special-shaped convex curved rake surface, and in accordance with the enveloping theory of differential geometry and the designing model of new configured carbide gear shaper cutters, the mathematical model for backing-off and grinding the special-shaped convex curved rake surface of the new configured gear shaper cutters was derived.
