摘　　要：由于终端设备、通信网络的异构性,视频转码成为近期研究的热点问题。从视频转码的体系结构、关键技术等方面来综述近期视频转码的研究进展以及有待解决的问题。As a result of the heterogeneity of all kinds of terminal and network, video transcoding becomes the focus of research attention recently. In this paper, the development of research and problems to be solved in video transcoding are overviewed in terms of system architecture, main techniques and etc.
