摘　　要：在CNMARC格式中,外国个人责任者在200字段、710字段著录方法上存在分歧和混乱最为严重,文章就此问题进行探讨。In the200fields,710fields of CNMARC format,serious differences and confusions exist about the de-scription of foreign authors.The author of this article probes into this problem of the describing methods of foreign authors in CNMARC format.
