网络环境下高校图书馆期刊工作的变化与对策

摘　　要：网络环境对图书馆期刊工作产生了重大影响,它包括读者对期刊的需求与利用、期刊收藏的范围与方式、信息服务的手段与水平以及服务理念的变化等四个方面。为了应对新的形势,图书馆期刊工作应该制定科学合理的期刊文献工作规划,改革期刊管理体制,进行读者服务创新,同时还要提高馆员素质。Networks exerts tremendous influences on periodical work in libraries,including the following four as-pects,such as the demands and utilization of journals and newspapers from readers,the scope and methods of the storage of periodicals,and the methods,level of information services,and the changes of service concepts.Therefore,a great variety of work should be done to efficiently cope with the newsituation,which includes stipulating scientific and rational working scheme for literary journals and newspapers,reforming the management system,innovating reader services for readers,and enhancing the quality of librarians etc.
