摘 要:考察了萃取压力、萃取温度、工作流量和时间等因素对超临界CO2萃取石菖蒲挥发油的影响。分别以萃取得到的挥发油得率、挥发油中α 细辛醚含量及α 细辛醚萃取率为指标,通过单因素试验获得石菖蒲挥发油超临界萃取的最佳工艺条件以及最佳萃取结果,即得油率4.86%,α 细辛醚含量3.17%,α 细辛醚萃取率1.26×10-3,同时也与水蒸气蒸馏方法进行了比较,结果表明:超临界CO2萃取石菖蒲挥发油中α 细辛醚的含量要稍低于水蒸气蒸馏法,但其得油率及α 细辛醚的萃取率要明显优于传统的水蒸气蒸馏法。The factors(extraction pressure, extraction temperature, mass velocity and time) were effecting the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii oil were studied. The optimum conditions and the optimum extraction results (oil extraction rate 4.86%,purity of α-asarone 3.17%, α-asarone extraction rate 1.26×10^(-3)) were obtained through single factor tests. Besides, the resuls of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction were compared with those of steam distillation, showing that the purity of α-asarone was a little lower, but the extraction rates of oil and α-asarone by SC-CO_2 were higher.
